What is the salary for a real estate assistant without a license

It depends on your area but they usually get what a starting clerk or secretary would make. Some successful agents pay a salary plus a bonus for high sales. Some just pay minimum wage or a little above.

probably avrage 10 000$ per house

(depends how much the house is, the bigger price the bigger your sallery. it can go up to
150 000 per house actually.)
