l just passed my real estate test for NJ. l have begun my search for a job. l was wondering if any one new of any real estate companies that pay a base salary in addition to commision

Some of the Realtors or Real Estate Teams do. They need an assistant. They might pay you a lower salary plus a part of a commission. They give you as a new Agent the opportunity to learn hands on your new Carree as a Real Estate Agent.

You might want to look around and see which companies have top producers or top producing teams.

Did you not know that selling real estate is commission only for the most part? I do not know any firms that allow you to sell real estate and pay you a salary.
